General Information

​IT Help Desk information will operate as follows during the School Year:

        Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

When leaving a message for HelpDesk via email or voicemail please include the following:

  • Student name
  • Student Grade
  • School that student is currently attending

IT ​Help Desk offers technical support to System Technicians, Library Media Specialist,  Teachers, and Students to better utilize our digital curriculum.

  • password resets for computer logon
  • Email / O365 logins and issues
  • Troubleshoot and analyze data in relation to various software systems

Assist System Technicians and Library Media Specialist to troubleshoot technical issues at the schools

Monitor and review ConnectWise Ticketing System
