SchoolCast Information

SchoolCast is used by Huntsville City Schools to send messages to parents and staff.  The system can deliver messages by phone, text, and email.  SchoolCast uses the contact information from INOW to send messages, so it is important for parents and staff to keep their contact information current. 


To login to SchoolCast, visit the SchoolCast Site.  You will need your user name and password.  This information should have been given to you by your school principal at the beginning of the year.  If you did not receive login information, please request a SchoolCast login letter from your school's front office.  If this is the first time for you to login to your account, you will be asked to change your password.  Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your SchoolCast Dashboard.

The SchoolCast Dashboard feature allows a parent or staff member to customize how they wish to be notified. For more information on how to use the SchoolCast Dashboard, click the link to the left.

If you missed a call from SchoolCast, call 866-665-4384 from the phone that received the call, and it will automatically play back the last voice message sent.

If you are someone who is receiving messages and are not a current parent or staff member, and you wish to have your contact information removed, email your name and phone number that is receiving the calls to Jonathan.Crowe@hsv-k12.org.
